Preheat oven to 375 Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and pour into greased casserole. Stand casserole in larger pan of water for more even cooking. Bake for 1-hour until top is lightly golden and custard is set. Serve, topped with butterscotch sauce and a dollop of cream
Butterscotch Sauce: 1 c brown sugar 1 c cold water 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla ½ tsp. vinegar
Mix sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan, add in cold water, blend and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until thickened, simmer for 1-2-minutes. Add butter, vanilla and vinegar.
